Introduction

Over the next few months, I will blog here about various activities that I will be completing for an online course I am taking at U-W Madison (LIS 635: Reference and Information Service). These activities include: completing a 40-hour practicum at a local library and completing the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County's 23 Things program.
